Shipping and Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process.
All orders received will be shipped within 4 business days after order confirmation, or as otherwise specified during the checkout process.
You will be sent a confirmation email on receipt of your order and a second email with consignment information and tracking 24/7 number when your products are shipped.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times are approximate and are not guaranteed. Remote areas may take longer to deliver to. Actual delivery time depends on how close you are to a distribution point.

For all shipments to destinations outside of Europe, all import duties and custom clearance are the client’s responsibility. Please be aware that you may be liable for taxes, levies, imports, duties, fees or charges of a similar nature associated with your order. The estimated delivery times, shown on checkout, depend on the country/area destination and are referred to the recipient’s customs area arrival. Orders after 4pm (GMT +3), won’t be processed until the next business day.
Please note these estimates exclude weekends and bank/public holidays. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for any delay in the delivery of your goods. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Please be aware that our shipping charge system cannot predict all the DHL remote areas worldwide. In case, your area is a DHL remote area, you will be notified for the fixed DHL extra charge by email, before your order is dispatched.
The consumer has the right to return the product, easily and quickly under the following terms:
1. The Return Form must be filled within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the products were delivered. (Please keep the product delivery receipt) (refund)
2. The packaging must not be breached and must remain in its initial (manufactured) condition.
3. If there is any problem with the order (i.e. if it is incomplete, destroyed, altered etc.) the consumer must inform CRETANBEING RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT PRODUCTION & TRADE OF COSMETICS & SPA PRODUCTS IKE by using the Return Form (included in the delivery package and this must be filled in by the consumer) and by sending a message through our website’s contact form within 48 hours from the time of delivery. (refund or/and replacement)
The Return Procedure in simple steps:
The user must fill in the Return Form, which is included in the package received.
The user packages the product in a box, so that it is safe during transport, and places in the packaging the Return Form provided.
The user couriers the package to address:

In case 15.3: CRETANBEING RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT PRODUCTION & TRADE OF COSMETICS & SPA PRODUCTS IKE guarantees the refund of the user’s money within 30 days from the day the product is returned to the company or it is replaced in case the product delivered does not correspond to the product order.
The refund in the case above, is carried out in the same manner as the payment in full, except for the case of cash on delivery. In this case the money is refunded with a deposit at the consumer’s bank account, who must inform the company of the precise details of his/her bank account and of the banking foundation the account is held in. The refund does not include deliver costs and courier expenses for cash on delivery. In this case delivery costs burden the company in total.
